Just in time for Spring! Feathered Nest Studio made a post about her children’s art using our Color Diffusing Paper Leaves. They used an ingenious technique with markers to make the leaves appear so colorful. The post was made on August 23, 2012 and can be found here: “Water Colored Leaves“. Jennet’s children used washable markers to scribble the colors onto the leaves. They then dipped a sponge brush in water and drew it carefully across the leaves (she warns to be careful with this step as the paper is sensitive when moist and can tear). I absolutely love the photo she provided here that shows one of her children spreading the colors across the color diffusing paper.
Jennet suggested in her post that you can make the leaves into magnets, or string them up along a garland. Just look at that beautiful garland in the image below!
